I think the new Zune HD will be an OK media player in it’s own right, but it’s no iPod touch (iPT). I found the positive spin on everything in the article interesting – nothing wrong with being positive, but maybe not so obvious.
I think it will be awesomes player.
The HD’s screen is touch sensitive, eliminate the infamous “squircle” control pad of previous Zune models. The touch screen is particually useful for the new web browser built in to the Zune HD.
I have been more curious about how the Zune fits into Microsoft’s product and services strategy.
The newest Zune might just be a new threat for Sony and Apple.
Zune has it all when it comes to hardware, what it missing much is an ample of applications compared to Apple. From Sony, I don’t know?
This is going to obliterate the iTouch when it comes to 3D performance and gaming.
Game over, so to speak.
im sooo getting the new zune. my zune 30 is sweet but the new one is much more sweet.
This is why Apple decided to push the iPod Touch as a gaming device.
I wonder if they’ll also use the “this is a gaming platform” excuse to explain why there’s no camera.
The HD radio, one of the main features, is not compatible outside the US.
